 Super Mario Bros The Movie receives negative reviews and Rotten Tomatoes has it with terrible ratings.

A few hours after the premiere of the Super Mario movie, very few have been able to enjoy it, but the critics seem not to be very convinced with what Illumination Studios and Nintendo did.

The ratings have started to appear on the internet and make it clear that, at least from the point of view of movie reviewers, the Mario movie is bad.

 If we refer to Rotten Tomatoes and Metacritic, two of the sites that gather the scores of the specialized press, we have the first averages, they lean more towards negative reviews.


 As of this writing, Rotten Tomatoes gives the Mario movie a Rotten Tomato with 54 considerate reviews. The film barely reached 48% positive reviews from the specialized press.

At Metacritic, the film is not having good numbers either. At the moment it appears with a score in yellow, which gives us to understand that the opinions are mixed when collecting 33 reviews. The average in numerical qualification is 48 points.

You have to consider these scores are preliminary and will continue to change as both platforms gather more reviews, but we can consider it as a good starting point to see where the balance of the perception that critics have of the Mario movie leans.
